Beth Mylott - Camp Manager and Lead Instructor

Video game of the week 12pm- 1pm PST

Hi, my name is Beth! I am a lifelong learner and have 10 years of teaching experience. I am an online math and science coach during the school year and this year I will be continuing my own STEM Summer camp with a curriculum designed for learners ages 8-15. I am super excited to continue this program and make this an awesome Summer! I have extensive experience teaching STEM summer camps and designing STEM lessons for the online classroom.

Heidi Sausedo - Teacher and Subject Matter Expert

Science Camp 9am-10am PST

Hi, I'm Heidi! I'm so excited to spend the summer exploring the amazing worlds of math and science with you! I've been teaching for over 20 years and have a Master's degree in Mathematics, so I have a lot of fun knowledge to share. My favorite part about teaching science is getting to do awesome activities and experiments – we'll be exploring all sorts of cool ideas together! When I'm not in the classroom (or online!), you can usually find me out kayaking or playing fetch with my dog.   I can't wait to meet you!

Evelyn Everheart - Teacher and Subject Matter Expert

Graphic Design 2pm-3pm PST

Hello, my name is Evelyn, but you can call me Evie, and my pronouns are they/them! I love making many kinds of art, like sketch art, pixel art, and video games, which I've been doing for over a decade. When I make video games, I use game engines like Godot to code and animate what becomes the final game. I like playing games, too, like Pokemon, Lethal Company, City Skylines, and many other games. I hope that we can have a fun and creative time together!

Andrew Caira - Teacher and Server Coordinator

Minecraft 10am-11am PST

Hi! I'm Andrew (he/him) and I'm an actor in NYC with a deep love for Minecraft. During the school year, I teach mostly literacy, psychology, and (of course) Minecraft! I've been playing the game and messing around with mods since 2012, and it's the sort of thing that never gets old. I love exploring and learning new things, and even more so with video games. I invite you to learn something new with me (or even teach me something I don't know).

Gab Garcia - Teacher and Subject Matter Expert

World Building 1pm-2pm PST

Hey there, I’m Gab! During the school year I teach literacy, animal sciences, art, mythology, and a variety of other awesome subjects. I love fantasy and sci-fi, and one of my favorite parts of my work is learning about and collaborating on worlds built by students, whether for stories, games, animations, or visual art. I’m so excited to be a part of your world-building this summer, and I cannot wait to explore with you!

Day Sanchez - School Psychologist and 1 on 1 Executive Coach

Group Coaching and 1 on 1 tutoring

Hello, I’m Day! A school psychologist, education specialist, and the founder of 2e Minds. I’ve spent more than a decade helping creative, curious, and bright students understand how their minds work and how to turn their unique strengths into superpowers. In my free time, you can find me turning my imagination into action through my solarpunk project that supports the healing of the Earth.

In our sessions, we could explore the amazing world of your brain through art, imagination, and fun neuroscience. Some days we might dive into creative solarpunk adventures, map your strengths, draw your feelings, or learn how to improve your focus and attention. We could look at how to work with your unique brain wiring, explore ways to navigate big emotions, and build the confidence to turn big ideas into super cool projects. I can't wait to help you discover just how powerful your mind can be!

Michael DiMinno - Teacher and Subject Matter Expert

Custom group coaching and 1 on 1 tutoring

Hello everyone, my name is Michael, and I’m always excited to meet like-minded history lovers! I’ve been teaching for over 20 years, and history has always been both my passion and my profession. I believe that understanding the past helps us make better decisions in the present and prepares us for the future. In my class, we won’t just memorize dates—we’ll explore the stories, people, and events that shaped the world. I encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and respectful discussion in everything we do. Outside the classroom, I enjoy reading historical books, visiting museums, and attending living history events.  My goal is to make history come alive for every student, regardless of their background or interests. Communication is key, so I always welcome questions from both students and parents. I look forward to getting to know each of you and working together for a successful and fun summer!

Let’s go see the curriculum for 2025!
